La'Asia Stith, also known as CEO Panda, credits her mother, Melba L. Allen, as her biggest inspiration. Melba was a remarkable runway model who instilled in La'Asia the qualities of perseverance, dedication, and grit. Following in her mother's footsteps, La'Asia began her artistic journey by pursuing dance and choreography, even dancing with Alvin Ailey's Dance Company, The Katherine Dunham Dance Company, and the St. Louis Black Repertory Theater.

 

La'Asia's entrepreneurial debut was iDance, a small business that provided expert-level choreography coaching services to local midwestern artists. She then went on to earn an Associates degree in Occupational Studies, focusing on Entertainment and Media Business with Management, from Nelly's Ex'Treme Institute, followed by a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from Western Governors University.

 

After relocating to Atlanta, Georgia, and working for Street Execs Studios, La'Asia was soon promoted to Director of A&R at Wealth Nation, where she gained valuable industry knowledge from business magnate and financial strategist, Robert Terell. After an epiphanic realization, La'Asia then founded Creative Panda Marketing, a company that specializes in providing comprehensive digital marketing solutions to entrepreneurs, small businesses, and artists.
